A coach you've linked can see the sessions you sync to your account, from the date you chose onwards — including your heart rate, your GPS tracks and your effort ratings. Changing that date, or revoking them, takes effect on their very next look. Blocking also stops them inviting you again.
Your date of birth, and where you live
Before you can link a coach, rowOps needs your age. Under the age you can agree for yourself, a parent or guardian is emailed and has to agree first. Nothing reaches a coach until this is answered.
Your country sets that age — 16 in Ireland, as low as 13 elsewhere. Both are used only for this: your coach never sees your date of birth, your age or where you live.
Leave it blank if you'd rather: rowOps then uses 16, the strictest age. Nobody will chase you for it.

Debrief notes a coach has written on your sessions. They're about you, so they stay visible here even after a coaching link ends — and they're in your data download like everything else.
