Automatic sync
Cloud sync is what Solo Pro is for, so it is on: rows you record or import are uploaded to your account on their own, and rows already in your account are restored onto this device. That includes your heart-rate and GPS data. Turn it off here whenever you like — nothing further is uploaded, and what is already in your account stays until you delete it.

You can also push everything on this device right now. Safe to run any time: re-syncing updates the rows already in your account rather than duplicating them.
